When affordable housing is only built on Rainier and Aurora, poor renters die from drivers regularly. This bill would be more of the same.

Definitely this. I’m a huge advocate for more density and more housing. But putting housing on dangerous industrial roads is a major problem that could be avoided by upzoning other neighborhoods like the central district and north Seattle.
