Supremacy clause. Federal > state

Will this politician actually do things for LA?

You really are brave and stunning. You are akin to Rosa Parks and Ghandi. They will fill the streets and cry out their love for ‘Jennifer’

I like the fact that no one here seems to care about his mom’s Epstein connection
February 7, 2026 at 1:50 PM
Lmao and who gets to decide who and what is ‘undesirable’? An armed militia?
February 6, 2026 at 4:32 PM
No. I’m just demonstrating that people want to protect their communities and some people see the nation as one giant community. The analogy holds well.
February 6, 2026 at 4:32 PM
Sounds to me like you really value having borders for Minnesota and its residents, making sure the people coming into Minneapolis neighborhoods are the right ones and are willing to use force and other tactics to remove undesirables.

Do you see the gigantic irony here…

USAID is one of the most effective tool for regime change overseas and we have foreign papers arguing to keep it lol
February 5, 2026 at 4:24 PM
Lot of accusations there. Where has ICE agent been convicted of murder? Is ‘kidnapping’ just another term for warrantless arrests? And are you aware that immigration officers don’t generally need warrants for public arrests? What exact disappearances after arrest are you referring to?

What exactly makes them analogous to the Gestapo?
February 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM
I agree. But which of those two is going to provide the best long term upscaling for maximum power generation? My money is on solar for sure. Not saying we dismantle wind industry but we prioritize others! We can and should dominate in all fields while developing viable alternatives

Where are all the ‘stolen land’ people when it comes to white Danish people having a colony in 2026? Why doesn’t anyone advocate for the actual native Greenlanders instead of covering for modern day Danish imperialism?

Which is why need more investment in nuclear too!! It also has less reliance on rare earth metals and the technology is already there and expanding. Look at China with their new Thorium reactor made with US technology and research smh
February 4, 2026 at 3:33 PM
lol most people on the right on Twitter are not defending Alex Pretti. Wasn’t it MS NOW that also digitally altered his image to make him more ‘sympathetic’…

‘Why you look at our secretly state subsidized companies to prop up fake numbers and shake business confidence?’

Good for Europe on this one. China creates unfair trading practices and then acts predatory once they dominate the market share.
February 4, 2026 at 8:09 AM
Like you said, I think it just depends on your local geography and whatever can give you the best ROI for local energy production. Just trying to think about long term upscaling potential solutions as well as we naturally progress
February 4, 2026 at 8:03 AM
Crashing their currency to force migration change. A recurring theme.
February 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Good points. Especially with our current trade war with China and the immediate lack of rare earth minerals needed for those others. Like you said, in long run we will have to scale up with solar/storage and imo nuclear/atomic energy on top of that for reliability
February 4, 2026 at 4:39 AM
I have family that would work seasonally at the nuclear plant as well and it allowed them good paying and reliable jobs and after doing some research it’s really the safest per capita environment energy producer out there. The stigma about the word ‘nuclear’ has to be changed. Needs a makeover lol
February 4, 2026 at 4:37 AM
Definitely not insignificant but what does the upscaling look like for long run with windmills just in general? Everything has its niche and if your province has the suitable geography for more and heavy windmill investment then it makes sense but I would love to prioritize the aforementioned two
February 4, 2026 at 4:34 AM
Your situation really illustrates why blanket federal policy can sometimes be more of a hindrance than help. We should amplify the resources and renewables that make the most economic sense in certain areas. Nuclear makes the most sense. Reliable, good jobs, little to no CO2 emission, safe disposal

I really can’t see India ditching Russia with all their historical ties for the US unless they got some real incentives thrown their way..
