Dan - I don't mind longer story-lines, but IMHO there needs to be some momentum on an issue-by-issue basis, and the story needs to be moving toward a definite conclusion. I'm 70 yrs old - I don't want a story line that takes 2 or 3 years to pay off - I may not live that long.....

technically, that is an accurate statement. "a transaction" could include the sale of a minority interest.
