And I celebrate you for that difference. If Avatar moves you…then I am happy you got to see the movie. My personal opinion is that it is not in the same tier of movies.

For clarification, I meant T2. Terminator was also amazing. Aliens…amazing. Ripley was a relatable character that successfully showed strength, tenacity, and love. ALL AT THE SAME!

What Avatar had in visuals these other movies had in the story, acting, and emotional investment. At the end of Terminator people felt sorrow for the death of a murder machine.
