Maybe I'm a weirdo but I really got a thrill out of the discoverability of the internet back in the day...now things are just constantly being pushed at you and I find that hard to work with - frazzles my brain.

I live in a block that owns the freehold - we are in a good position. However dealing with the admin of service charges is an absolute time consuming nightmare and a constant battle to try and keep costs down. I wonder if that also explains the discrepancies.
