Our circular firing squads really help Trump and his lackeys. We showed them by getting rid of Al Franken. At some point we need to recognize our leadership is not going to always do what each of us wants.

You’re attacking the wrong people. Trump was willing to starve people and fire furloughed employees. He was just getting started destroying the country. We need to show up next November and get his regime out not divide our party so that he wins again.

Are those spewing rage over settling the shutdown really Dems? These senators putting feeding people and jobs as priorities. It was clear Trump was willing to destroy the country to win. We must show up at the next election and quit turning off our voters.

They voted to give over 20 million people their SNAP benefits which they’ll have until after the midterms and restore wages and jobs to those furloughed. We caved because we cared. Elections matter and we need to restore decent, caring politicians.

The ripple being hurt were people on SNAP and those furloughed without pay. We care about them and we got a full year of funding for SNAP and everyone’s job back. That’s a win against these monsters

Don’t agree that we lost. We cared about people getting their jobs back and being fed. Unless you were struggling to eat or lost your job due to the shutdown you don’t understand the pain. The republicans hurt their own voters to push this. We win if we vote them out.

While I wish we had gotten more, stopping the assault on SNAP is an important win. Trump could care less about hurting his voters but that’s not who we should be.
