With some resistance from federal government, the process for temp residents to get a CSQ was already very difficult and lengthy. Now with Trudeau's proposal to slow down immigration, it will in practice endorse Quebec's speech. As a new canadian and having gone through this myself, I feel very sad

I worked for this company that offers team augmentation and the most successful projects had a couple of similarities:
- Language and timezone: US client and canadian provider
- Strong in-house team on the client's end: we were helping them to move faster in a well designed project

Interesting to see that this product still maintains some presence in the media...
