I didn't write about a specific environment, but rather about the fact that many organizations try to juggle between "time" and "quality", and that makes them fail - because lack of quality has a dramatic impact on time.

Makes sense to me. I just use plain Google stuff for the convenience of it, although knowing that there are privacy issues etc. For deployments I use Hostinger, I find it cheap and enough for what I need.
