Been making a silly lil instruction booklet for the game, Grounded, for my partner. Here’s a couple of pages.
An amateur-made instruction booklet page for the game Grounded. This page features the pond and contains art and information concerning that biome. Illustrations include a Water Boatman, Tadpole, Water Flea, Bell Spider, the pond itself as well as a Koi fish. An amateur made instruction booklet for the game Grounded. The author clearly had some trouble with the arachnids in the game. Illustrations include Spiderlings, Orb Weaver, Orb Weaver Jr., Wolf Spider and Black Widow.

DnD adventurers at RnR
Adventurers from DnD are gathered around a wooden table. They sit at creaky, craggily wooden chairs. From rear left corner going clockwise: Pixleswittle, a spiky-haired forest gnome and bard , having finished his ale, is moved to song and he stands upon his chair, one foot on the table and strums his fantastical stringed instrument. To his left(our right) sits Nayfin, an adolescent human wizard and despite having his vision partially obscured by his bangs, is lost in study. His sour demeanor suggests perhaps a darker magic is in his future. A bird of sinister bent rests upon his hooded noggin. Next sits Cursor , a quickling kensai whose curved sword is always close by, as they always mean business. They sip at a cup, employing an ornate straw to do so. Next to Cursor is Crouton, who stares nonplussed at a morsel of meat she has impaled at the end of her dagger. The meat sampled rests on a crude plate that also houses some potatoes n peas. Crouton wears scale mail and a dark cloak. Foreground right is Chonk, a mountain dwarf with an impressive coiffure and facial hair to match. He gently displays a coin to Cub, who stands on his chair, foreground center and stairs with round, opaque eyes at the coin with trepidation. He has a big, jellybean nose and a giant, wavy wad of hair. He is being gently scratched by Bunkitteh, a Harengon barbarian with black, fuzzeh hair and a ponytail. She sips at a mug, and has a sphere atop her head with a heart emblazoned upon it. She is Cub’s ward and he her charge.

Doom imp
An imp from doom, hunched and stalking, prepares a helping of hellfire to be lobbed. Hissing and drooling, the imp is a hairless humanoid who clearly spends no small amount of time during the day chowing down on speenitch. Spikes protrude from its shoulders, biceps and elbows.

Featured centre is Redria, a piranha plant OC, her leaves hold a horribly drawn controller, whose cord is a vine that attaches to a plant-like console on the left, which rests upon a planty entertainment centre next to a tv whose right side is visible. In the console is a cartridge reading, “Redria’s Quest”, possibly the greatest game ever about a piranha plant. Redria herself appears to be at challenging spot in the game as her toothy grin is tilted a bit, as she yanks the controller close. She sits upon a flower of sorts, and to her right are leaves which climb the wall behind her. A vine is also drawn overhead.

displacer beast
On the left is a person holding a sword and they appear to be startled by the tentacle which has wrapped around their right arm, which is holding a sword. The tentacle originates from a displacer beast(black cat w tentacles sprouting from shoulders) which is drawn to the right. Above that creature is a displacer beast crouched upon a bluff, whose tentacles emit the simulacrum that is the the first beast. The bluff above also features a tree.

DnD Stirges. Skeetobats!
To the right is a gnarl(ed or y, either works) tree with two branches stretched to the left. The lower one has two bat-like critters hanging off it, in slumber. The top branch extends further into the background, and is being evaluated by an incoming and silhouetted flier. Dominating center is a bat-like creature with a formidable proboscis flying into the foreground. The tree has a hole in it, ensconced in which is a creature of sorts. (It’s an Ettercap).
