What's brought this up for me is a group of UK (NHS) nurses bringing a colleague under legal scrutiny for being trans and using the women's facilities.

That's incredibly foul behaviour to begin with, but imagine if these nurses had to treat a trans person. I wish them all the worst of the worst.

Personally, I like the comfort aspect of gaining/feeding a lot. That mixed with being treated like an adored pet 🥴 let me get real comfy, stuff me full of my favourite treats and tell me how good I am for getting so fat and round
