After 14 years, last night I said goodbye to Radar. I always referred to him as my "lemon kitty", but he was the sweetest boy cat I have ever known. I will miss his head butts most of all.

Jack took a turn for the worse yesterday evening. He & I said goodbye today. Now he is with his big brother Yoke, playing endless zoomies up above. 💔

News was not awesome for Jack this week. His lymph nodes & spleen are growing larger.😓 Hoping a new protocol next visit can postpone things a little longer, but we won't know until we try.
Jack, a 10-year old yellow & white pittie mix, is konked out on the bed after his latest oncology appointment. He is laying on his side, head near a pillow; his belly is enlarged because of his damn spleen. His two house panthers are snuggled up beside him. Bean, 14, is curled up behind his head; Radar, 13, is curled up smack dab on top of Jack's front legs. Normally Jack would not endure the indignity of Cat-On-Legs, but that day he was especially zonked from extra meds. Definitely the best night's sleep he's had in a looooooong time.
