i made gnocchi to make use of the snow! i have these trays outside so they can freeze in one big batch to save time and space while i figure out where to put these in the freezer 😅 🍜
2 sheet trays of raw gnocchi, coated in a dusting of flour. Some tools are off to the side: a small red rolling pin and a potato masher.

actually im gonna quote this with some of my fav pics from this year! these are a big mushroom, a north american anhinga, creeping jenny, and witch's butter!
A very large mushroom I wasn't able to ID, it's funnel shaped and a mix of medium and dark browns. It's visibly wet. It's in front of a white background, being held up by a pale hand with a red, rain spotted hoodie sleeve. A north american anhinga (Anhinga anhinga ssp. leucogaster) swimming in a lake, only its neck and head are visible above the water. Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia) peeking out from wet dead leaves. Witch's Butter (Tremella mesenterica) on a stick. It looks like a bright yellow gummy. In the background is a second person, wearing a green shirt and blue jeans, on their phone.

I've actually been workin on my fear of bugs by photographing them, because if I want a good photo, I gotta get closer to em :] !
