They're all just a bunch of caged tigresses slowly going mad and devouring each other. #TheMaid is really good so far. Cunning characters, sorority, vengeance and beautiful costumes, styling and directing make for a winner. Hope it keeps going that way.

It's a donghua on WeTV. The animation is top notch, and the plot feels a lot like a villain origin story. It's very different from other cultivation stories imo because MC isn't a goody two shoes by any means. His slapdowns are absolutely epic and will have you cheering. Definitely one of my faves.

Happy as I am to see #CalmingWaves / #TheWantedDetective announced for August 1st, I do wonder if it's wise on iQIYI's part to release another detective show right after #CoronersDiary set the bar so high. I hope it doesn't suffer from the inevitable comparison. #WangXingYue

This week's episodes were incredibly satisfying. This version is way, way better than the Korean one. Everything works better, from the cast to the plot development. I'm so happy this is finally getting a good TV adaptation! #MarryMyHusbandJapan #WatashiNoOttoToKekkonShite

The hair texture in "Legend of Xianwu" is insane. I was hesitant to start it since the plot seemed to generic, but so far I'm really liking it.

Was thinking of how incredible the animation is in #BigBrother, went to check out the studio and... yep. It's Sparkly Key Animation, which also does #SwallowedStar (and #DouluoContinent, and #LegendofExorcism). That explains everything.

I may or may not have watched 3 or 4 #donghuas in the past four days 😅 Time for the blog to make its great comeback! I'm gonna start with #TenThousandWorlds since it's as good as done, and then #BigBrother because it IS done and I'm dying waiting for S2.
