Correct me if I am wrong but did the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals state Secretary Noem and President Trump engaged in prejudicial behavior/interpersonal racism as it relates to ending TPS?

In Part II, Judge Mendoza concluded that Secretary Noem’s actions were arbitrary and capricious, as even a cursory review of the record indicates that her decisions were both preordained and rooted in pretext. In Part III, Judge Mendoza wrote that the pretext here was cloaking animus on the basis of race and national origin, which was amply evident in the record in the Secretary’s and President’s remarks that diagnosed immigrants from Venezuela and Haiti as dangerous criminals or mentally unwell.

Per The Athletic’s Dianna Russini and Alec Lewis, Adofo-Mensah also rubbed some across the NFL the wrong way when he spent two weeks away from the Vikings on paternity leave after the birth of his first child during training camp. Though Adofo-Mensah continued working remotely during this time and the Vikings were publicly supportive, his decision to be away was met with “disbelief” by other coaches and general managers.

Despite taking time off for paternity leave being the norm, the NFL too often sees coaches, executives and players miss out on the births so they can continue to work.

There’s been a lot of conversation around Kwesi Adofo-Mensah taking paternity leave, largely because it’s still rare in the NFL.

This is what happens when two branches of government voluntarily choose not to exercise their constitutional assigned duties to place checks on the third branch of government. That third branch will act unilaterally and disregard established governmental balances that are supposed to be in place.

The Crimson noted that when Summers was "pursuing a romantic relationship with a woman he described as a mentee, he sought guidance from a longtime associate: convicted sex offender Jeffrey E. Epstein."

Emails and texts between the two men from November 2018 and July 2019, showed Summers, who was and is married, turning "to Epstein for advice on his pursuit of the woman," the paper reported.

That time frame was a decade after Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida state court to solicitation of prostitution from an underage girl.

The latest ICE statistics show that as of June 29, there were 57,861 people detained by ICE, 41,495—71.7%—of whom had no criminal convictions. That includes 14,318 people with pending criminal charges and 27,177 who are subject to immigration enforcement, but have no known criminal convictions or pending criminal charges.

A man who was out protesting against ICE raids in downtown Los Angeles this week spoke with KTLA after an officer’s close-range shot to his groin with a rubber bullet severely bruised one of his testicles… and “shattered” the other.

DHS recently shifted around almost $500 million within its accounts to help support its immigration operations. But the agency asked appropriators for at least $2 billion more to meet the agency's needs by the end of September, as Axios reported in March.

Lawmakers who oversee DHS's appropriations say it could run out of money as soon as July, causing it to violate the Antideficiency Act.
