Danes prove they are the happiest to get naked. Danes - rather than Germans - are more accepting of stripping off in public, according to a YouGov survey of six western European countries - the UK, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Danes were the most likely to say it was OK to bare all in public places - and to have done so. Large majorities across all six countries agreed it was fine to strip off in dedicated naturist spots, with 84-94% having no issues with private nudist camps and 77-91% fine with nudist beaches, though 17% of French and Italians objected.

🏊 By the River Dart in #Devon, late July: Me & my friends had just had a (naked) swim. Other people were about, but nobody was bothered by our nudity. We dried off, had a picnic, and climbed back out of the valley, through woodland dense with bracken and moss. #Dartmoor is gorgeous. 🌿 #skinnydip

Shambala considers public nudity of a non-sexual manner to be natural. We welcome respectful [adult] nudity in the campsites and main outdoor festival areas in daylight hours, and of course in the Sauna and Spa areas at all times. As part of our general approach to sexual safety, and a commitment to ensuring everyone’s comfort, nudity is not permitted in indoor venues (other than activities such as talks or workshops where attendees are predominantly seated) or dense crowds due to the anonymity these environments provide for those who may not be acting respectfully or within the law.  Adult nudity is not permitted in the Children’s field (Playtopia) and Woodland Tribe areas, nor the Family Camping areas.

🧖‍♂️ Yesterday I enjoyed the Ardargh Community Sauna in Horfield, Bristol. Easy to miss, but it's friendly and welcoming. They have a large sauna with space for 14, ample relaxation space, and sauna hats and essential oils available. Swimwear is compulsory sadly. 1hr=£10. ardaghcommunitysauna.org
