Added some power lines above the cops’ houses and blimps for the tourists. The prisoners got some new rides.

Playing Cities Skylines. Here’s my police headquarters surrounded by 2 nuclear power plants, a coal power plant, 4 landfills, and a moat of sewage. I built a little neighborhood for the cops (also surrounded by sewage) where everyone is always sick and dying. They have a poop ferry to get around.
