Support means honoring autonomy, not enforcing compliance. It’s can’t, not won’t.

PDAers deserve respect, co-regulation, and spaces that meet their needs.

4. I couldn’t do what you do.

Teaching healthy anger in our home! As a mom, I'm breaking cycles & learning alongside my kids.

We're embracing big feelings w/ emotional support strawberries! They provide a safe outlet for our autistic son to express anger. He’s able to throw them against the wall & use as a safe coping skill.
