The “grandfather” in the barn from Laird Barton’s “Hallucegenia” messed me up real good. I’ve read and listened to that story many times and it always makes my skin crawl. More recently, the dad in Laird’s “Tiptoe” has a similar effect. Also Lady Midday from Gemma Files’ “Experimental Film”

Moon Garden is actually a sweet movie, and the actor playing the child protagonist is great. Tetsuo is many things, sweet is not one of them. Maybe check www.doesthedogdie.com/media/11517 for this one if you have any triggers. No dogs die but there’s… other stuff.

Thank you! Haven't seen any of those, Glorious looks especially good. Since my first post I have also watched Caveat, Tetsuo: The Iron Man (rewatch for first time in many years), and Moon Garden, which I'd classify as a fantasy with horror elements. Enjoyed them all so far.

Bloodsucking Freaks aka The Incredible Torture Show (TITS). I saw this on VHS when I was way too young and it left a mark. I bought in on DVD when I think Troma rereleased it years ago but have not gone back to watch it again. Definitely fucked up.
