IN MY OPINION: Avoiding communication because you don’t know how isn’t deep..it’s avoidant. Hold your nuts and find the words. Silence feels safe, but it gives the other person space to create their own narrative. “Silence speaks volumes” so speak your truth before silence speaks for you.
