We need more of this! Congress actually doing its job. Trump is manufacturing a national emergency over fentanyl that allows him to bypass congress and enact tariffs.

The voter ID question was an amendment which had to be approved by a majority of the voters. So this will be added to the constitution. Effectively Republicans wanted to make it harder to reverse later as if a democrat majority appeared in the legislature they could roll back the law.

Trump is illegally using a manufactured national emergency to push his flawed tariffs into effect. Congress needs to aggressively take back this power and push back on the idea that this is an emergency. The victims of Fentanyl are being used to ruin our standing in the world.

Patriots are the people who see injustice, suffering and corruption and bring it into the light calling it what it is. Trump's goals are clear weaken the freedom of the press to avoid having to be held to account by the independent and well respected journalist.

I don't want to see that at all. Voters need to see the pain of GOP governance, so that they can start thinking critically again. A felon is not someone who deserves to be in the Whitehouse. He deserves to be sitting in prison. So unfortunately the rest of us are in for a rough ride too.

News flash, this "administrative error" was deliberate, and the Trump regime needs to be held to account before they believe all due process is out the window. The leadership for this deportation should be held in criminal contempt. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Too many see the world as black and white, with no shades of grey. Many people think a denouncing Israel is supporting terrorism and no politician wants to be linked to that. In reality we know that we can denounce the atrocities of Israel and still view Hamas as terrorists.

Nah this is a problem. Democrats seem to lack leadership in crucial moments, for instance when Chuck Schumer caves to Republicans and passes their CR for the budget. This is a serious problem. The Republicans hold many of the cards but not all, we should let them hang themselves while resisting.
