Read in a SI article, Hyde makes his evaluations on hitters based on “competitive” at bats and not you know the analytics of an at bat like exit Velo, launch angle, etc. shocker haven’t had many competitive at bats this entire season. Maybe your approach needs to change Hyde. #orioles

A great article, and the reality is Mike Elias either doesn’t know how to fix it or doesn’t care to.

I am not sure how to feel but mostly it’s anger we didn’t do more in offseason to get better SP. This may be the least competitive team since 2021, sad watching the potential of these young players die.
