Not only does this mean that babies born to “legal” immigrants aren’t American, it also means that babies born overseas to American military personnel aren’t American. How will this affect service members who are trying to get home? Their child is an “illegal”. Will there be protections in place?

Really, the ban itself was an unconstitutional abuse of power. Whether it was trump, or Biden who signed it, the Supreme Court said “fuck you and your free speech, this app is banned.” 🤷♀️
