A more generalized answer I'd have is that it is entertainment on a set schedule to fit well into their week. Not all people feel that direct chat interaction is necessary, and there is a perceived extra layer of quality assurance when backed by a corporate entity. Not into em myself though.

If you do 3 downs with at least 1 other person that gives like 7-8 permits (stop at 10% or so after 2nd down). Also if you use a transmog ring like ring of stone while tethered you can move around.
