He did say that, quoted "they literally would not be there at all... No nametags, no radar, no chat" Phillip also said "They would be (effectively) in another universe" There wouldn't be a "there" for the intruder to intrude.

I think technically their 'data' would be teleported from one side of the server to the other. I'm not that much of a nerd though. The issue is, that everyone is thinking in a "RL physics" way. It's just pixels, they can do whatever they want with them.

Yes, they would be able to pass through in a 'wormhole' so to speak. No, they wouldn't really be there. Just able to pass through the 'server' so to speak without crashing into obstacles.

Basically Phil is saying it's like having privacy settings as it is now but, the difference will be instead of just not seeing avatars, you wouldn't be able to see Avatars, or objects. There would essentially be nothing there to interact with at all. Like your sim would only be a void to others.

No. Nothing would exist visually or physically to the avatar passing through. It would essentially be a void to them. Similarly, to not being able to see into a private region and interacting with avatars. This scenario wouldn't allow them to see or interact with anything while traveling through.
