Context: The province of Ontario -not Canada, is imposing an electricity tariff on those three states, because Ontario provides electricity to those three states. Quebec provides electricity to most of the Eastern seaboard. No news from Quebec re: tariffs at this time.

Because the heritage foundation and it's backers didn't know how big of a stooge they had on their hands last time. This time they were ready with Project 2025.
