Did a Bone-In Rib steak tonight in the Cast Iron. Seared it in duck fat and then basted. Forgot to take a closeup of the finish. It was more medium than Med-Rare.

This is how mine turned out for our thanksgiving a month ago. Smoked it on my charcoal this time.
