Ireland is an extremely rich country financially but extremely poor country in terms of services.

The mandate for the next government is to actually use the resources we have to benefit the people not for private profit.

Today's results highlight one of the biggest issues the green party faces is that their candidates give off the perception that they are talking down to the public. Obviously not intentional but it often comes across that way. Their policies are also often all stick with no🥕 #IrishElection

I kind of feel sorry for the green party in some ways. They've done some good work in places but have clearly have shouldered the blame for their failure to comprise on key issues as theirs no utopian solution to climate issues.
