YouTube really is becoming crap. I am refusing to watch videos where the creators don't show their face because I'm convinced it's AI

That's the thing - she was a random broker showing her clients the house. We complained to our broker but didn't want the house to get a bad rep so didn't take it any further. The house sold the following week and we never saw that agent again.

Yes it was my kids handprints dipped in paint on construction paper and she posted something like "seeing this makes my heart full". Creepy as hell. We took all the artwork down right after that.

We recently listed our house for sale and took down all family photos prior to listing for reasons like this. People are ignorant of how serious it is. Imagine our surprise when a random broker walked through our house and took a photo of my kids artwork and posted it on Instagram. We were pissed

Nvidia recently added something called Glance.ai to their Shield Android TV and I keep turning it off and it turns itself back on. That should be very illegal.

Missing highlight from the article - this poor woman has already had to sell her land and move TWICE because of eminent domain threats in the last 50 years from this county.

Employers get an additional tax credit if they pay 50% or more of employees health insurance premiums. I've looked at it as a small business owner but the expense is just too high.

Am looking forward to the supreme court overturning tariffs and FedEx has massive refunds to pay to everyone. Gonna be a nightmare. I'm paying 80% on the car parts I import - $56,000 paid so far this year!

@joshtpm.bsky.social here's the rejoinder to your observation that the stock market is doing well - while the index rose yesterday more than half the number of stocks actually dropped. People are piling into the top stocks and selling the rest.

In my local town, it cost $2.2 million to bury 2200 feet of line. Con Ed says it will cost millions of dollars per mile. That's why. Reasons for high cost include labor and permits.
