I don’t overly know..

There’s a couple of options.

1) on holiday I twisted my knee, so I was landing heavily on my foot and I’ve bruised it

2) it’s gout, caused by a week of heavy drinking and rich foods..

I have to wait 3 weeks for a blood test. So that’s pointless.
