We write banking applications. We build C# applications on macOS that run on Linux servers using containers. A lot of it is front-end too with Razor. It has been years that C# is cross platform and used on multiple platforms.

I'm sorry, but this isn't true. At our company many devs use C# on macOS and we almost exclusively deploy to Linux servers.
