I was rereading Poppy O'Possum recently and noticed it didn't even make it a year before deciding to scrap its comments section
"You may have noticed that there is no more comment section on the site, and yes, that’s meant to be happening. I’ve been very disappointed in the drama and general inappropriate behavior I’ve seen in the comments of what is supposed to be a comic for general audiences, including children and young teens. As a result, I’ve decided that the feedback isn’t worth the hassle of having to regularly moderate people’s activity, especially since there are a number of off-site messageboards where webcomic discussion can be found."

Yeah, not only do Ian and Evan build upon each other's issues, but they even build on ideas first established in Annual stories from guest writers.
A page from the IDW Sonic 2020 Annual story Eggman's Day Off, written by guest writer Sarah Graley, in which Starline, who had been talking with Eggman showing off robot figures of various characters, finds one of himself, which prompts Eggman to kick him out of the room. A page from issue 2 of the Imposter Syndrome miniseries, written by Ian Flynn, in which Starline, having snuck into Eggman's base, is back in the same room from Eggman's Day Off and finds the metal figure of himself again. It's funny how the concept of slant rhymes ended up coming up in two different stories you worked on. Was the latter @ianflynnbkc.bsky.social making a delibrate reference to the former? Or was it a complete coincidence? (which would be even funnier)
