Hiking enthusiast, stray cat magnet, novice gardener, pretty good cook and proud mom of two amazing young adults.

After 35 years, I’m done with living to work.

Doing good deeds, exploring personal interests, and staying healthy are now my priorities.
Praying Pope Leo can provide much love and support to the world as compassionately as Pope as Francis. And being American may he pray for our country.

Pope Francis had such such a gentle and loving way of addressing the tough issues so many have with the Church. I’m saddened by his passing but I’m happy to see how his teachings are being shared.

His message remain beacon a light that shines during these dark times.

Social Security Administration is required by law to limit replacement cards to three per year and ten per lifetime. This is free. After one free replacement - charge!

I’d gladly pay a reasonable replacement fee or even pay for expedited service.

Small cost savings do add up.

I find the 23 and me bankruptcy suspicious. The potential sale or breach of millions of genetic files seems very convenient. Deeper into Gilead we go.

Why isn’t anyone doing anything about this mad man?
Where did all the real journalist go?
When did being vile become mainstream? It’s absolutely sick.

Is anyone else humming R.E.M.’s “It’s the End of the World As We Know It” on a daily basis? Just me?

This is your reminder to download your kindle books onto a device where you can keep hold of them if Amazon decides to remove them.

They'll be removing that option on the 26th of this month. 5 days. So back up your library!

Valentine’s Day is garbage. It gives men a lazy way out. Once a year box of chocolates BS. A guy should do little romantic things all year so that VD is not even a big deal to your gal.

During this insanity spend your dollars supporting companies taking a stand. It works! Target & Coke are both suffering losses. Self sacrifice for the bigger picture.
Join the consumer blackout Feb 28. Buy nothing! NOTHING Meantime, support companies that understand the true meaning of DEI.

Rereading Parable of a Sower. It was a “futuristic” book taking place in 2024-2025. Prophetic and unsettling this time around.
