th watch, it has a poignant tone thats v much earned, and ends up being a general commentary abt th right-wing pipeline... it's pretty nuts how easy of a watch this is, and like this is what copyright law should b for man...... not banning freedom of use from every single yt video 😭

Feels Good Man (2020) is such an unexpected doc, i literally watched in like th middle of th night after finding it on kanopy and bein like no way there's a whole feature length thing on a Meme, but u open it and ur instantly met with this surprisingly beautiful animation that is a mainstay thruout

follow throughout the story, but also the dread of systemic injustice...... might have to go searching for another horror mockumentary after this and Lake Mungo, i think The Bay is one? and i might also just come back to Savageland lol it just rly stuck with me........

i didn't say this much in my original review apparently LOL i might have been feeling a bit burnt out in the new year... ah well, it is true that i'll probably rewatch Man of La Mancha at some point, maybe even this yr

standout movies:

Man of La Mancha (1972) was sooo good...with the setting being pretty simple in both the narrative and meta-narrative, the movie didn't have to do anything fancy to adapt the musical, so u have great performances across the board, this version of the music is still stuck in my head
