Scared to high res bc I have to take the mc@t in a few months (i’m post-grad gap yr). My brain literally deteriorated frm prolonged fasting and b/p in undergrad— I dnt want that to happen again but fuck I can’t let myself gain anymore. I def should’ve considered my ED b4 deciding to become a Dr. 😭

Bf bought me cheesesteak for lunch. I should’ve pur&ed it but I didn’t have time (bc of work) or a “safe” place to do so. Now I have to sit with the feeling of my body metabolizing it as the fullness fades 😔. Praying this doesn’t turn into a bin&e.
