Man, need to change my profile picture. I logged in and got a fright! I've lost a lot of weight since it was taken. I was 89kg today. Yay, me!

I spent the best part of this week on remembering how modulo behaves.

Which is probably a good place to leave it for a couple of days and play with Slade3 (Doom Editor) for a while.

I must head out into this perilous storm. "Why?" Any rational person might ask. I need cheese for tonights' pizza.

I'm selling these fine LucasArts buttons ~☆

All buttons are still 20% OFF! There is no better time than now as I have no idea how long these RedBubble sales last 😅

The tunes themselves are wonderful, the beat has vigor and the lyrics are thought provoking.

Eleven Years ago, fresh from playing the brilliant Tales from Monkey Island series, I was inspired by Pirate Hunter: Morgan LeFlay to make a game about hunting pirates; Metal Slug meets Monkey Island.

It never came to be. Mainly due to being an overwhelming amount of work, hah.

I saw A Haunting in Venice tonight. It was fantastic. The cinematography was nuanced, as you might expect for the genre, and well orchestrated. The screenplay was, well, obvious but was entertaining enough and the cast brought it to life.

If you get a chance, go!

What upcoming albums are you all looking forward to?

I'm eager for the full release of the DJ Shadow album Action Adventure which promises a return to the instrumental early years.

Rebuilding BlastEd from the ground up has let me properly implement proportional resizing. It might not be prevalent from these screenies but that might be the pudding filled with proof.

Many years ago I started making assets for a game. These headshots were inspired by the visual feedback of Dooms' HUD. While the character, Ryn, was partly based on The Glaistig-- an old Scottish fairytale.
