I wish I could share what got me through the worst, and believe it or not a type of singing helped. Overtone singing seems to be very good as respiratory therapy, because it can shake things inside of you. Vicks vapor rub also seems to help with brain fog.

I agree but what worries me is Trump didn't respect the last budget. He erased whole agencies at a whim. Passing a budget kind of rewards that behavior by legitimizing it. I know who my enemies are, but I don't know if my allies are seeing the big picture.
