I feel like it helps to just not really think about it too much and it's just kind of going through the motions after awhile but again everyone is different, but it helped me I think 🖤

Oh no, I'm so sorry! I swear it gets easier but everyone is obviously different. I really hated(still hate) needles but I have gotten more used to it over years. I always shut myself off alone(from the dogs/kids) and put on some music or something distracting and prepare/do the injection
