French was mandatory though my school. They introduced German as an additional language which everyone preferred as the teacher was nicer but with my undiagnosed dyslexia, I was struggling enough with my native english to tackle another 2nd language. I do wish Spanish had been default

As an adult, I do feel sorry for parents. Especially with triplets and more. And of teachers too busy watching 30 others.

Yes. I find it I'm in a good flow, I can't look at the screen until I stop otherwise I'll stop to correct myself. I've set up a few auto corrects for my most common ones. It's then trying to decode the mess afterwards. Which language do you find you have more with typos with?

"once I get to them" did make me giggle 🤭 I went to school with twins and they swapped classes one day. Teachers either didn't know or didn't care. 11 year old me found it hilarious
