Due to WTA entry rules, Madison Keys will not play the ATX Open because she's now ranked inside the top 10.
Per the rules, a top 10 can only play a WTA 250 event if it's in their home country or they are the defending champion. And, even then, only 1 top 10 is allowed.

I have to remind myself to use BlueSky more than the bird app. The last 36hrs on that place were everything you need to put a red flag in a tennis community, and saying it in each new occasion proves how toxic that place is in each corner.
