As someone in one of those states this is a factor that gets overlooked a lot it seems. Lack of education too. And voter suppression, historical evangelical roots, things Peter points out, and a lot of richer old people using the entire area as their retirement community. Strong soup of awful.

When I cancelled Thursday I had to through Hulu since I bundled through them. Didn't have any options to say why, which is a shame, though I figured the timing would be a decent clue.
