If a building like that is serving in any other capacity than to educate and to give back to the descendants of peoples who were beyond brutalized (especially in the name of empire), then its existence serves as a monument or idol to slavery.

Like the failure to admit the surplus value disabled people bring to life & also reconcile with the larger conversation that value should not impact a person's right to exist and/or to be desirable. YIKES.
