What's that Anthony Bourdain quote about Kissinger?

He's a real historical figure and a pretty important character in Romance Of The Three Kingdoms, a Chinese historical epic that has been adapted literally hundreds of times.

So you can read the book, find one of dozens of films and series, or play Dynasty Warriors.

Oddly no. Quetzalcoatlus belongs to a pterosaur group that are characterised by big ole heads. The bone is honeycombed so it's surprisingly light.

It'd make sense to do it every generation or so, gives the human population time to grow another round of aspirants. I suppose fleet based chapters can just grab people from whichever world they happen to be passing.

It is CRAZY how poor train travel is in the US. A while back I found myself in Norfolk needing to get to DC. ~200 miles, similar distance as London to York and silly British me figured there'd be plenty of trains between a major naval base and the nation's capital. Boy was I wrong. Two trains a day!

Everything a government does is funding SOMEONE'S life choices.

Does the government want people to have and raise kids? Then they need to do something about the conditions that make that difficult.

Do they want people to start businesses? Then they have to change conditions to encourage it. Etc.

Can't even buy them a birthday card as that's now classified as a 'luxury'.

I can get separating it when the artist is someone like Lovecraft, who had horrible opinions but is unable to push them on account of being dead.

With the likes of Rowling or Orson Scott Card you're just funding a bigot.

She was going after asexuals the other week. Charming woman.

Christ, this is going to be the reason our dipshit government finally do what the Tories couldn't and pull out of the ECHR isn't it....

As Captain Picard once put it "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not weakness; that is life."

The living wage is unfortunately just our minimum wage, and doesn't cover the cost of living in many places. And even that only applies once you're 21, if you're younger you can be paid less.

You saw the same in the UK under Section 28. I don't think anyone was ever successfully prosecuted under it but the threat of it stopped schools and public bodies talking about LGBT subjects for decades.
