Never underestimate the difference you can make.
A thought: I know how difficult “just breathing” can feel when we’re drowning in a sea of such uncertainty. Now more than ever, focus on a heart filled with compassion. “Forgive them for they know not what they do” is taking on new meaning. Remember who YOU are as you step forward to help the world.

A thought: Lately, I find myself deep in the muck, lost in the absurdness of this world. When this lost, I know that I must take a breath.

Not think at all.

I need to walk away and turn my back on this world and just….breathe.

Yes, just breathe.

Just breathe……

Over my many years traveling this spiritual path I have learned to not stay too long standing in the muck that this human life can deliver to my doorstep. I have learned when I stay there for too long, something will always bring me out of it - if only I keep my heart open.

Be still and know.

With a whisper the morning arrives. As the warmth of blankets cocoons you, let your first thought be one of peace. As your feet touch the ground, be grateful for this new adventure! What a wonderful chance you've been given to peacefully blanket your world in love.

Smile and begin.

Keep life simple. If you do your best to live a well balanced life in the simplest of ways you are creating space for peace. You are creating a clear, unencumbered path for your spirit to fly free. The memory of you will then be one of peaceful delight and that, well, that’s a wonderful heirloom.

Thought for the day:

Pause. Breathe. Release.

Again....

and again....

....and again....

Yes, come and witness the awakening of the collective soul. In all ways this is a wondrous journey! Even with bumps and bruises along the way, we will continue to push upward bringing with us a light for all to share.

Be witness.

Missing NY: Snow, skates, toboggans, gloves, scarfs, boots. Dad made a skating rink in the yard; my brothers covered stairs to the terrace with snow for toboggan rides down the hill. We’d spend hours in the snow, put plastic bags in our boots,
and build igloos with the neighborhood kids.

As you struggle to make sense of it "all", there’s two things that will bring you back to center.

First, there are lessons to be learned in the struggle to stand for truth. Pay attention.
Secondly, focus on the goal which should be peace. Not hatred.

Be smart, be kind, be strong.
And breathe.
