GM was somehow both too early with Saturn and too late with it. If it had released in 85 as planned, it would have absolutely ran circles around everyone. Then right when it started gaining it's own fandom of owners, they began homogonizing it because it was taking most of its buyers from Chevy.

I think people are misinterpreting Hank not liking Bush in that one episode as the show forgetting it. But there is mountains of evidence in the show that Hank likes process and idolizes the position of president in the most boring way possible. He gushed the exact same way when he met Jimmy Carter.

Every time Trump rambles between thoughts like this, the only thing I can think of that even remotely matches his speech pattern is early-season Peter Griffin.
