It’s not about being weak in this case. When the MD Ds redrew the congressional districts after 2020, they were sued for excessive gerrymandering and lost so they had to redraw them again. The risk here is that the Ds could be sued again and lose again. That’s how I understand it.

I’ve used ChatGPT to generate python code. It does it quickly and it’s mostly correct. So it seems that something more is happening than splicing and combining components of human language.
