Trump 45 administration survivor
It's a betrayal of sycophancy?

Weirdly, though, he probably knows something about law enforcement, which is an odd fit in this administration. What he knows may not be good, but it at least may be relevant to the actual job, unlike ... (checks notes) ... podcasting.

OMG, they don't love me? Why don't they l-o-o-ve me?

You could say that the Trump Reiner post was a miscalculation, but that would be too generous, because there was no calculation, just visceral response.

As with many things, the WH had a playbook for responding to the assassination of a right-wing figure. They had a plan and they executed it, though without long-term follow-through. OTOH, the Trump reaction to Reiner was not strategic, just business as usual: attack enemies and aggrandize himself.

Except if the next pres is a dem, in which case they'll make up a new doctrine to restrict him/her.

Wait ... so you've got an enormously wide head AND enormously wide feet? It's like you're a 4x3 guy being displayed on a 16x9 screen.

Probably why it's the best Predator movie

It's weird that Vox has started this "The Case for Growth" series, which is basically an abundance push. Is Ezra secretly still working there?

He's just resting up for his next racist screed.

He's simply offering a public service by demonstrating "anti-woke".

An understandable view. But a pessimistic one regarding your own potential, because actually, nobody but Stoppard could do *that*, yet there remain plenty of playwrights who, while not that good, are still good enough. You needn't live at the pinnacle to still be useful.

This isn't a civilized country like Brazil, after all.

He was both interesting and not interesting at the same time, bur now that he's been observed ...

People crave safety, and there is safety in stability. There is actually ample objective stability in modern society. But there has never been a broader range of potential fears for bad actors to exploit, nor a more effective means of delivery. Thus a lot of mostly unwarranted fear and anxiety.

When I started noticing age-related loss of muscle mass, I took a simple approach: coupla not-too-heavy barbells, about 7-8 different lifts for upper body, squats for lower body, continuously increasing reps as I get better. Stationary bike or treadmill for cardio. Great progress so far.

An underrated aspect of Trump's 2016 campaign was the (fairly brief) period when he was railing against political correctness all the time. This was the moment when his followers began to realize that he was permitting them, at long last, to be their own bad selves.

Trump's sycophants are a little unreliable, being human and all. Musk takes no such chances.

He's just an f-ing gibberish machine.

Damn, WaPo, be better. Stop trying to get us to sympathize with whiny billionaires who aren't getting everything they want. Or maybe this is to further exalt your owner, who IS pretty much getting everything he wants.

I don't remember, exactly. It was on a website that apparently takes its philosophy seriously (??), where someone asked who are the top modern philosophers. Some actually suggested Douthat, along with some more plausible and equally implausible names.
