Is there any way I can help a cause without going to a protest? Or how can I make it more tolerable?
I'm autistic and I can't stand loud noises and crowded spaces, and there will be a protest I want to go to in my country. I don't have any friends to go with :(

I went out for a walk today! Felt a bit dizzy and panicky at the start, but I was able to manage. I'm so proud of myself!
The day was beautiful, and now the night is calm.

I feel so dizzy and sick, ugh
I woke up not too long ago, and I already want to go back to bed. I'm so exhausted.
I wish I could go outside and breathe without feeling so bad. I love nature. Here are some pics I took from the times I was able to get out of my house.

I read a post in #disability that made me think about my conditions, and I had mixed emotions about it.
I suffer from severe anxiety spikes that cause me to faint. It is awful. I hate it. I can't go outside because I fear fainting. It's a big problem.

Are there any other autistic folks who struggle with an excess of empathy? How much empathy is too much? I feel too much too often, and that scares me, not because of the intensity of my feelings, but because others do not feel things the way I do. #autistic #disability
