Sweden is currently undergoing its own integration shortcut paroxysms. It is a form of exceptionalism, I believe, to think one can circumvent the necessary organic dimension to having fewer societal problems where “integration” can be pointed to as a cause.

I think you’re right. The Trumpites will do tit for tat visa refusals as a minimum, for players, fans, and not just Middle East countries. Ceferin probably relishing this chance to defy Infantino too. Could be a real corner case nightmare for “Jawnni”.

A population of red necked wallabies have gone native on the island of Lambay off Dublin’s coast also. Introduced in the 80s as overspill from Dublin Zoo. Lambay is uninhabited by humans but also home to Fallow Deer, as well as a favourite haunt of seals. Let them all at it I say.

There is a reason that goats have been put in onto bad land in rural Ireland for generations. It’s not like they are widely eaten, and their milk may sometimes be used (good luck catching them) but it’s always been to strip and clean out the land. They do what they are bought to do.

Most are no-park, a few are no-go. Irrelevant for privately owned scooters. Far more hire bikes (electric/non) laying about in KBH, which do the same speeds. I think you’re in danger of slipping into -ism about e-scooters, a cheap, efficient and relatively sustainable way for people to get around.

Well put indeed. But also, I don’t care if I miss y% of content from X, it’s enough not to have to interact with the horror of X reply bots/bros/malcontents. I’ll take an “echo chamber” that doesn’t make me feel ill over a cesspit any day. Understand Stan’s job is more dependent on traffic.
