The left needs to remember their roots and actually stand up for them and stop shifting to the right because they think it will get them elected. Because it's been a fucking disaster for Canadians as a whole.

I voted Liberal for the one and only time. The bills that Carney's government is bringing in are dangerous to Canada. We need a truly left party representing the people of Canada and willing to bring back a mixed economy.

I haven't seen good journalism in many years. The issue is who owns the media, who "lets" stories be printed, who decides what is acceptable and what isn't. Ownership of the media needs to be public, not private or government. Maybe co-operatively owned. I don't know what the solution is.

The simple answer: whatever sticks.

I had the pleasure and honour to live in Australia for a year and I absolutely love Australia.
