Layers of spinach, grilled chicken, fresh mushrooms, cream cheese and green onion in puff pastry. Sauce is sauteed mushroom, onion and garlic all minced up with the reduction from grilling the chicken, a little cream cheese, parm and milk.

Its smoke day! Bacon is cured, i showed both the lean and the fatty side for you. A little mesquite, some cherry, mostly hickory, and pecan pellets. Don't have maple yet it's coming, that will have to be for next time.
